Terms and Conditions

The Publisher is Public Sector E-Procurement Ltd. The Publisher does not accept liability for delays in company detail display on the World Wide Web due to matters beyond their control.
Cheque/BACS payments , the Person signing this document, in doing so, confirms that they are fully authorised to place this order on behalf of the customer or (in the case of the customer being a trading entity of another company) the customer‘s legal Owner, Proprietor or holding company.
The Publisher reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time giving the customer one months written notice & at such time will refund such pro- rata sum that relates to the un-expired Internet Directory listing period.
This contract shall be governed by the laws of England & the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Payment terms: For 12 months listing; Terms & Conditions require payment in full within seven days from date of order. Payment is accepted by credit/debit card, cheque or BACS. Price discounts are strictly related to our Payment Terms, & may be varied, subsequently, at the sole discretion of the Publisher in the event of late payment.
If this invoice relates to a monthly listing then payment terms are one month in advance at our then published rate. Any changes in rate will be notified in writing prior to payment being taken, then monthly on the date in the month of the original transaction. Failed payments will be re-processed five working days after the first attempt and may be subject to a £5.00 inc. VAT administration fee.
In respect of monthly listing only; membership may be cancelled by giving one months notice from the next payment date in writing, by letter, e-mail or fax. Confirmation will be sent by return.
